Digital preservation maturity matrices survey tool

This survey was used by NSLA libraries in 2016/17 to self-assess each library's digital preservation capability.

It aimed to:

  • identify what each library estimated their overall digital preservation maturity to be (taking both the technical environment and the people and skills requirements into account)
  • help libraries identify gaps and development needs
  • help individual libraries and NSLA as a group identify opportunities to collaborate on training, development and other shared needs
  • provide tangible information for individual libraries to consider about how well they are doing in comparison to peer institutions.
