Project mandate: Changing Capability and Culture
This document sets out the scope and approach of the Changing Capability and Culture project, which closed in 2010. Each project within the Re-imagining Libraries Program now reports on the changes to capability and culture achieved within NSLA libraries, to ensure the ongoing commitment of NSLA libraries to ‘transform our culture’.
Project overview: Changing Capability and Culture
The Changing Capability and Culture project looked at the workforce capability required for NSLA libraries to meet the future needs of our customers. The Changing Capability and Culture project closed in 2010. Each project within the Re-imagining Libraries Program will now report on the changes to capability and culture achieved within NSLA libraries, to ensure the ongoing commitment of NSLA libraries to ‘transform our culture’.
