Community Created Content Update 23-08-10
Progress
At the July meeting of NSLA, the Project Managers submitted the Project 5 Community Created Content /LibraryHack Project Brief, which outlines the purpose and requirements for a NSLA LibraryHack.
The NSLA LibraryHack will be an Australian and New Zealand project built on the Government 2.0 Taskforce competition MashUp Australia, where library collections data and other datasets will be made available for re-mixing and re-purposing by anyone.
Facilitated as a competition supported by a number of targeted events, and likely to have a number of different categories for different types of content and participants, the LibraryHack will be held in NSLA Libraries across Australia and New Zealand in mid 2011.
